WebyShops.com offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on ALL PRODUCTS in the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. We also offer various types of expedited services as well. In the course of normal business we ship the same day or within 1 business day of when you place your order depending on carrier pick up. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. In order to provide customers with the most reliable service at the best value, we reserve the right to choose the carrier for each order based on customer time requirements.

Cutoff Times:
General cutoff times for any type of expedited shipping is 12:00 CST (Central Standard Time). We attempt to ship all orders the same day even if they are placed after cut off times. If you want to ensure that your order does go out the same day it is placed - give us a call before you place the order online. We will provide you with a personal shopping and time verification service at no extra charge.

On the rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, we will notify via email if it is determined your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Business Days:
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by carriers. Most in-stock orders received before 12 pm US Central time are processed the same day. Orders received after 12 pm may be processed the same day otherwise the following business day. Some credit card orders may be delayed due to fraud verification.
We will contact you with the shipping time estimate in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order right away.

WEBYSHOPS SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Shipping Options detailed:
US Standard (and US Free Standard) – (3-7 days): Our standard shipping method is ground shipping for all US orders. You should receive your products within 3-7 business days from the day carriers pick them up from our warehouse.

US $5 Flat Expedited – (2-4 days): Our expedited shipping method is a special expedited ground shipping for all US orders. You should receive your products within 2-4 business days from the day carriers pick them up from our warehouse.

US 2nd Day (2nd Business Day): We offer 2nd Business Day shipping for most products. However, 2nd Day shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

US Next Day (1 Business Day): US Next Business Day is available on most products. This service is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

PO Box Shipping: If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. During checkout, this option falls under US Ground Shipping.

APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order. During checkout, this option falls under US Ground Shipping. Make sure to enter “APO” in the field where normally you would enter “City” name.

International Shipping: We ship to various countries around the world. Several carriers for international shipping are used and the options are visible at checkout time based on each specific country of destination. Transit times vary based on destination. International orders are also subject to additional scrutiny – see our International Orders page for more details.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: Carrier restrictions prevent some items from being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
