Raised for Charity

At Webyshops.com we feel we should all give back to the world in which we live. However, figuring out the best way to do that is not easy. Since our customers and our talents help us make a living, we decided we should give back through our time and through the money that is created by way of our business.

Subsequently, our Change the World One Click @ A Time charity program was born. Through this, we will donate 1% of each customer’s sale(s) to the charity of his/her choice. (Note: One percent of our sales will be given to the charities regardless of the profit made on the sale.) This is what we want to do. This is our understanding of being a good corporate neighbor. We hope that we will inspire others to impact their communities too, whether it be through donations of money, time or personal gifts.

It is you, our customer, who makes us successful and our cause worth pursuing. We welcome your feedback and suggestions. We will publish the list of charities we raised money for each month.

Several youth camps offer community and fellowship and comfort and support is found through elderly services and the League of Mercy. See www.salvationarmyusa.org for more information.

Red Cross
The American Red Cross has been the nation's premier emergency response organization since 1881. As part of a worldwide movement that offers neutral humanitarian care to the victims of war, the American Red Cross distinguishes itself by also aiding victims of devastating natural disasters, as well as community services that help the needy; support and comfort for military members and their families; the collection, processing and distribution of lifesaving blood and blood products; educational programs that promote health and safety; and international relief and development programs. See www.redcross.org for more information.

St. Judes Children's Research Hospital
St. Jude is unlike any other pediatric treatment and research facility. Discoveries made here have completely changed how the world treats children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. We've built America's second-largest health-care charity so the science never stops. All patients accepted for treatment at St. Jude are treated without regard to the family's ability to pay. See www.stjude.org for more information.

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International
JDRF is the worldwide leader for research to cure type 1 diabetes. It sets the global agenda for diabetes research, and is the largest charitable funder and advocate of diabetes science worldwide. See www.jdrf.org for more information.

Susan G. Komen For the Cure

Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, the global leader of the breast cancer movement, has invested nearly $1.5 billion since inception in 1982. As the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, we’re working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. TYH sponsors introductory, instructive youth hunts for deer, turkey, hogs, javelina, exotics, dove, small game, waterfowl, varmints and other species. Normally, TYH sprovide mentors, lodging and meals. See www.texasyouthhunting.com for more information.

Wounded Warrior Project

Wounded Warrior Project began when several individuals took small, inspired actions to help others in need. One night while watching the evening news, a group of veterans and brothers were moved by the difficult stories of the first wounded service members returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq. They realized then and there that something needed to be done for these brave individuals beyond the brass bands and ticker tape parades. The resulting objective was to provide tangible support for the severely wounded and help them on the road to healing, both physically and mentally. What had been initially viewed as a small contribution (compared with what the warriors had sacrificed while serving our country) has become WWP's signature program:"WWP backpacks delivered bedside to wounded warriors." See www.woundedwarriorproject.org for more information.
