We at Webyshops.com don’t want our employees see this as just a job, but as a lifestyle. We understand that most of us generally spend 8 hours a day sleeping, another 8 hours working and the other 8 hours doing who-knows-what (usually it’s some form of the first two activities).  We believe that employees, along with working hard, need to laugh and goof-off some too – and generally take life’s challenges with some sense of humor.

Everyone at Webyshops.com has different perspectives and great ideas (not just Sr. Management) and we encourage all of our employees to communicate and offer their buy-in. 

We see Internet Commerce not only as the means to provide for ourselves and make the company grow on a solid foundation, but as a way to make life better for our customers, our employees and community around us.
