  The ProStaff riflescope comes with a generous, consistent eye relief, which keeps your brow safe - even with the heaviest recoiling cartridges, lightweight rifles, and severe shooting angles. Fully multicoated optical system provides up to 98% light transmission and maximum brightness from dawn to dusk.

  Precise, 1/4-MOA hand-turn adjustments get you zeroed in quicker and maintain your setting - even with heavy recoil. Quick focus eye piece allows the shooter to instantly bring the reticle into sharp focus.

  To simplify field adjustments, Nikon has integrated Zero-Reset turrets into all new riflescopes. Just sight-in as usual, then lift the spring-loaded adjustment knob, rotate to your "zero", and reengage. Field adjustments are now as simple as dialing-in your subsequent ranges.

  This model riflescope comes with a Nikoplex reticle. Long considered the standart hunting reticle, the plex design's heavy outer posts direct the eye toward the finer crosshairs at the reticle center for fast target acquisition.

  The ProStaff 4-12x40 Riflescope is fully waterproof and fogproof. Optional accessory sunshade eliminates glare in bright conditions and keeps dust and rain off of the objective lens.
