  I used this mount for my son's Bushmaster Varminter AR-15 paired with the Nikon M-223 3-12 x 42 SF, 600 BDC scope. A perfect combination for accuracy out to 600 yards, using the proper ammo for which the Nikon scope was designed. One piece mount will handle impacts and adverse conditions with ease. Very clean look. I will be switching my Bushmaster Varminter to the same Nikon mount.
