  Ingrained with the thrill of the hunt, the LEUPOLD VX-3 3.5-10x50 CDS Rifle Scope, Duplex Reticle, Matte Black (111827) drastically improves optical performance, mechanical function, and durability.

  This Custom Dial System (CDS) model scope allows you to quickly dial your elevation to different sight-in ranges with a custom adjustment matched to your specific ballistics information. The dials change out easily, allowing you flexibility with different loads and calibers. With precision 1/4-MOA click increment finger adjustments, and no adjustment covers to lose, the Custom Dial System makes the scope even more accurate and rugged.

  The VX-3 Rifle Scope has a unique Leupold's Xtended Twilight Lens System. The system uses index matched glass with proprietary lens coatings that rebalance blue and purple wavelengths to provide hunters with an even brighter, sharper image in low-light conditions.

  All exterior lens surfaces on the VX-3 are treated with DiamondCoat 2, an ion-assisted lens coating. Offering unsurpassed scratch resistance, this coating exceeds military standards for hardness and durability. DiamondCoat 2 has the additional advantage of aiding light transmission for greater brightness, clarity, and contrast. To further increase optical performance, the blackened lens edges reduce light diffusion, cutting glare while improving resolution and contrast.

  The twin bias spring exerts up to 30 percent more holding force on the erector, virtually eliminating erector system backlash and stress on the vital internal workings of the scope. This means your VX-3 riflescope will be with you for hunt, after hunt, after hunt.

  Use the Duplex reticle for quick range estimating in the field. Bracket a deer, and then reference the power selector ring to see how far it is. Set the power selector to a range, then instantly know whether the deer is in range or out of range.

  The VX-3 takes advantage of Leupold's Second Generation waterproofing, which uses an exclusive Argon/ Krypton gas blend that reduces diffusion of internal gasses, resists thermal shock more effectively, and provides absolute waterproof integrity.

  The maintube is durable and strong, yet incredibly lightweight. Machined from a single billet of 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, the VX-3 scope is built to handle any adventure you throw at it.
