Eotech XPS Series Holographic Sights Red Dot XPS2 XPS3 L3 Holosight
EoTech XPS Series is by far one of the most advanced red dot holographic sights in production today. As Eo Tek 511 models were needing upgrading after years of successful performance in the field as proven and reliable holographic weapon sights, Eotech XPS2 and EoTech XPS3 were developed to take their place.
Both XPS2 and XPS3 red dot sights are more compact than their popular counterparts from the EOTech 550 holosight series. The main difference is the battery type used by the L3 Eotech XPS holo sight series. Both xps-20 and xps-30 rely on CR123 battery type, while Eotech 550 HWS models are either N (551), AA (552, 552.D1, 555, 557) and CR123 only in two models (553 and 556).
Eotech holosight is often compared with Bushnell Holo Weapon sight, and it should be noted that both products are actually built by L3-Eotech. Bushnell product is more comparable to the 512 model from the 510 Series.
